Job Summary
The CT Team is hiring an Entry Level Brand Representative to support our promotional marketing and sales campaigns. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, food service, or sales who are looking to step into a full-time career with growth opportunities in brand representation, marketing, and customer engagement. No prior corporate experience is required as full training is provided.
This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 10:30am–6:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
- Interact with customers face-to-face to promote products and services
- Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and brand awareness campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products
- Support daily sales goals and collaborate with the marketing and sales team
- Collect customer feedback to support campaign improvements
- Participate in team meetings, paid training, and leadership development
- Maintain a positive and high-energy presence while interacting with customers
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and people-oriented
- Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday, 10:30am–6:30pm
- Willing to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
