CT Asthma and Allergy Center is looking for Full Time Phone Operator who will operate as part of a team within our Practice. This position will require you to provide excellent customer service skills over the phone in a fast-paced office setting. EPIC experience recommended.

Specific Duties will include:

  • Handling of both Inbound and Outbound call volume
  • Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
  • Follow specific Provider Scheduling Guidelines
  • Taking messages from callers and routing them to the correct party
  • Calling patients to relay messages from Providers and confirm appointments
  • Working with Providers, Medical Assistants, Nurses and Scribes to ensure patients’ needs are met.
  • Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the practice.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
