What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Receptionist position at CT Asthma & Allergy Center?
CT Asthma and Allergy Center is looking for Full Time Medical Front Desk Receptionist who will operate as part of a team within our Practice. This position will require you to provide excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone in a fast-paced office setting. EPIC experience recommended.
Travel to all five locations is a requirement – West Hartford, Simsbury, Manchester, Middletown, Hamden.
Hours will range between 7:30am-7:00pm.
Specific Duties will include:
- Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
- Follow specific Provider Scheduling Guidelines
- Calling patients to relay messages from Providers and confirm appointments
- Checking in and out patients
- Collecting co-pays and balances
- Opening and closing front office locations
- Working with Providers, Medical Assistants, Nurses and Scribes to ensure patients’ needs are met.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the practice.
