What You’ll Do

Apply HR best practices across onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and employee development

Support the full performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations, through clear communication and training

Serve as a trusted HR partner by consulting with employees and leaders on workplace concerns and employee relations matters

Monitor employee engagement and recommend initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Manage a wide range of HR administrative tasks, including employee inquiries, data entry, job description updates, employment verifications, and HR reporting/KPI dashboards

Provide guidance on benefits, payroll, PTO, leaves of absence, and other HR-related topics

Lead monthly onboarding sessions to ensure a consistent and engaging new hire experience

Develop and deliver HR-related presentations and training programs (e.g., Code of Conduct, goal setting, new hire orientation)

Partner with internal teams, corporate HR, and third-party administrators to manage FMLA, ADA accommodations, personal/military leave, and disability cases

Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, including regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience

Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA and ADA

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
- HR certification, e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP

Work Environment:
Office: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment. The employee is occasionally required to use hands and fingers to type or dial, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation:
RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing salary ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Based on your experience and market position, you are paid within the salary range. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
