Chief Financial Officer CFO

CSUSA Security is seeking a strategic, high-caliber Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial organization through a critical phase of expansion. As CFO of CSUSA Security, you will not only manage the financial health of a massive operational footprint but also serve as the architect of our capital structure and the driving force behind our IPO readiness and Private Equity strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and Board to define long-term financial strategy, focusing on sustainable scaling and value creation.
• Capital Structure & PE Management: Manage complex capital structures, debt financing, and lead the execution of PE transactions.
• IPO Readiness: Drive the transition from private-company operations to public-market standards, ensuring robust internal controls and SEC reporting frameworks.
• Financial Operations: Scale the finance department’s infrastructure, utilizing advanced ERP systems to streamline global operations for a large-scale enterprise.
• Compliance & Reporting: Oversee all GAAP compliance, SEC reporting, and rigorous internal auditing.
• Partnership Management: Leverage existing high-level industry relationships to facilitate growth and M&A.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Do not apply if you do not meet every one of the following criteria:

• Experience: 5–10 years of executive-level financial leadership managing an enterprise that grosses over $100 Million annually.
• Credential: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record working specifically with private security firms.
• PE & IPO Pedigree: Direct experience navigating Private Equity transactions and the requirements of IPO readiness.
• Technical Mastery: Proficient with Tier 1 ERP systems, GAAP compliance, SEC Reporting, and advanced financial modeling.
• Network: Deep background in Capital Structure with existing partnered relationships.
