Multi Media Student Technician
Job Summary:
The Multi Media Student Technician for the Associated Students Incorporated, under the supervision of the ASI Digital Marketing Coordinator, will handle various aspects pertaining to multi-media; including photographing, videotaping and video editing.

- Manage, maintain and operate video and photo equipment to produce multi-media marketing material.
- Manage inventory of photo database.
- Attend ASI & SC events, on and off campus, and capturing video clips and photographs.
- Stay informed on the logistics of event and video concepts.
- Independently schedule and capture testimonials and/or interviews.
- Present promotional video concepts to marketing team.
- Meet with external clients, determine photo/video needs, create content and deliver to consumer.
- Work independently collecting, uploading and editing video footage.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the ASI Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Experience operating video/still camera and editing software (i.e. Final Cut and iMovie. After Effects and Photoshop is a plus).
- Highly creative, organized, collaborative and professional.
- Outstanding creative eye for details and take a critical approach to each project.
- Must be outgoing and willing to approach students for testimonials and/or interviews.
- Ability to effectively communicate, visualize and shoot concepts and work independently.
- Possess good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
- Excellent time management, self-management and initiative, and a strong ability to prioritize.
- Works an average of 15-20 flexible hours per week
- Currently enrolled, matriculating CSU Stanislaus student with a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
- Must be available to work from 10 am-1 pm on Wednesdays
Physical requirements and working conditions include, but are not limited to, sitting for extended periods; frequently standing and walking; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; lifting and moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs.; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication; use of office equipment, including computer, telephone, copiers.
Work is performed in an office environment and throughout the campus areas during student programs, continuous contact with other staff, students, faculty, and the public.
