Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to apply their technical knowledge to improve manufacturing processes, enhance safety, and support production operations. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Support time studies, workflow analyses, and process mapping under the guidance of senior engineers.

Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and waste reduction projects.

Assist in designing and maintaining machine guarding and other safety improvements.

Learn and assist with PLC-related projects in collaboration with controls teams.

Help create and update standard work instructions and process documentation.

Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve basic manufacturing issues.

Support data collection and analysis for continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
