Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing modern web applications.
- Experience working throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting production systems and enterprise applications.

Required Technical Skills:
Front End Development
- Experience developing web applications using React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, FIGMA and CSS3.

Cloud and DevOps
- Experience designing and deploying applications within AWS environments.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, S3, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience automating software deployments and system operations.
Software Engineering
- Object-oriented design and development.
- Data structures and design patterns.
- Unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software solutions supporting mission and operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications utilizing AWS services.
- Build and enhance APIs, and web-based user interfaces.
- Collaborate with program managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Implement software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for deployed systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and development reviews.
- Develop technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation plans.
