- Operational Performance Analysis
- Analyze Traffic Management Initiatives, including Ground Delay Programs, Ground Stops, and reroute activity.
- Conduct systemic analysis of National Airspace System (NAS) operational performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Provide Performance Analysis reports
- Simulation Model Evaluation and Improvement
- Evaluate simulation models to address advanced concepts and future procedural changes.
- Assess simulation models and recommend improvements to flexibility, ease of use, simulation logic, sensitivity, animation capability, and graphical user interfaces.
- Airfield Digitization and Surface Surveillance Data
- Develop new and maintain legacy airfield digitization techniques.
- Develop processes to ingest surface surveillance data, including ADS-B, ASD-X, and future data sources.
- Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of relevant experience. Degree in Engineering, math, and science degrees are required. Degree requirement can be replaced with a total of 9 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience in air traffic management and air traffic analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite
- No visa sponsorship. Must possess unrestricted, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. and for CSSI.
