Key Responsibilities of the Sr. UI UX Designer:
- Support end to end design efforts by creating mobile focused user flows, wireframes, high fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes across digital products
- Deliver visually cohesive and intuitive interface designs that align with product requirements, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines
- Maintain and enhance shared design systems and component libraries to promote consistency and efficient reuse across teams
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and fellow designers to ensure smooth design handoffs and alignment with component based development practices
- Contribute design insights and recommendations that improve usability, responsiveness, and overall experience quality through iteration and feedback
- Demonstrated experience applying UX and UI best practices, including mobile design patterns and component driven design approaches
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of tools such as InVision, Jira, Confluence, and usability testing platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional team environments
- Ability to work independently while following creative direction and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Understanding of accessibility standards and experience collaborating with React or React Native development teams; interest in AI supported design tools is preferred
