Key Responsibilities of the ServiceNow ITAM Process Manager:
- Govern the full IT Asset Management lifecycle, from procurement through disposal, ensuring compliance and optimized utilization.
- Maintain and refine the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by ensuring accuracy of all hardware, software, and related records.
- Implement and enhance IT processes, standards, and policies to streamline operations and support business objectives.
- Collaborate across IT and business teams to generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Monitor and enforce software licensing and compliance, mitigating risks tied to unauthorized or untracked usage.
- Partner with IT leadership to define and execute strategic short- and long-term plans for the asset management program.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 years in IT analysis or asset management roles with strong focus on ITIL, ITSM, and lifecycle governance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and ServiceNow, including asset and configuration management.
- Skilled in using KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in matrixed environments.
- ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are preferred but not required.
