The technician will assist with assembling system racks, testing signal connectivity, and traveling to client sites for installation and configuration. Compensation:
$45,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience) travel pay and year-end performance bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain low-voltage AV systems using Coax, Ethernet, and Fiber Optic technologies.
- Perform rack assembly, wiring, and equipment setup based on technical design specifications.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal signal performance and system reliability.
- Document configurations and test results using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Travel up to 25–30% domestically and internationally to perform on-site installations and support project deployments.
- Maintain organized, high-quality workmanship with attention to safety, security, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage wiring, including pulling cable, terminating connections, and mounting devices.
- Familiarity with AV and networking concepts such as Ethernet connectivity, signal flow, and testing equipment (e.g., RF meters, LAN testers, voltmeters).
- Ability to read and interpret design schematics and technical drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to obtain a passport within 10 weeks of hire; must be able to pass security clearances.
- Willingness and ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and travel for up to 2–3 weeks at a time.
- Visio experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
