Inventory Control Coordinator

Crawl Space Repair, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and supply chain support for our national crawlspace materials operation. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing stock levels in a seasonal, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the inventory tracking system for all crawlspace repairproducts

• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy

• Receive, inspect, and document inbound freight shipments

• Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch

• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment based on min/max andseasonal demand

• Analyze product movement to identify trends, shortages, and operationalinefficiencies

• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience

• Proficiency with inventory management software and data analysis

• Strong organizational and logistics skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Forklift experience preferred

Pay: $16.55 - $22.00 per hour
