Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing pre-employment processes- .Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and positive first-day experience
- .Serve as a point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR-related inquiries, policy interpretation, and employee relations concerns
- .Support administration of HR processes including benefits, compensation, performance reviews, attendance tracking, and leave management
- .Maintain employee records in ADP and Workday with a high level of accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company and legal requirements
- .Assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to support business objectives and a positive workplace culture
- .Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, retention strategies, and development opportunities to strengthen workforce capability
- .Conduct and assist in investigations related to employee relations issues in partnership with HR leadership
- .Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and ensure adherence to company policies and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable)
- .Provide HR reporting and analytics to management to support workforce planning and decision-making
- .Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery

Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field requir - ed.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Experience supporting unionized facilities strongly preferr
