Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Position Title: Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Location: Home office is located in Hebron, KY with work occurring within the Tri-State area

Desired Project Experience: Commercial construction and crew lead/management experience. Experience in both new build and remodel/tenant finish desired. Project management task experience a plus.

Position Summary: Manage CSP crew and subcontractors for the successful completion of light commercial, remodel work, and based on experience, new ground up builds. Position is 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Director of Construction and other in-office and field staff.
• Execute construction and remodel plans with efficiency and accuracy.
• Produce high quality finished products in a timely manner
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull, and twist the majority of the day
• Comfortable working with power tools and ladders
• Must have good organizational and time management skills
• Required to have knowledge of national and local building codes

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel locally
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass drug test
• Ability to complete 30 hour OSHA training
• 5 years of experience in the construction/remodeling sectors preferred
• Smart phone required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Comfortable wearing any necessary safety equipment to include but not limited to: hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toed boots
• General construction knowledge and skills to oversee and self-perform if necessary to include but not limited to:
• Hanging Doors
• Detailed understanding of plans
• A general understanding of electric, plumbing, mechanical and other tradework needed
• Ability to learn new technologies and techniques quickly
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a daily basis

• Required to have knowledge of national and local building codes
