- Assist customers with their automotive service needs and provide detailed information on available services
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify service needs and explain findings to customers
- Prepare accurate estimates and facilitate service bookings in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on service satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using service management software and diagnostic tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
