Responsibilities
- Use frame and measuring equipment for accurate repairs
- Replace structural parts using cutting and welding techniques
- Repair and straighten metal panels
- Perform repairs according to OEM specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
Preferred Qualifications
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- I-CAR Gold Class certification
- 3 years of experience in collision repair
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to drive customer or company vehicles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive pay starting at $23/Hr and up, based on experience
