Responsibilities

• Use frame and measuring equipment for accurate repairs
• Replace structural parts using cutting and welding techniques
• Repair and straighten metal panels
• Perform repairs according to OEM specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• I-CAR Gold Class certification
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in collision repair
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to drive customer or company vehicles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
