Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs on collision-damaged vehicles.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and related components.
- Complete metal finishing, panel alignment, and body preparation work.
- Review repair plans and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize measuring and diagnostic equipment to verify proper vehicle alignment.
- Work collaboratively with estimators, production staff, and painters to achieve repair timelines.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and all shop safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the repair process.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Body Technician in a collision repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair methods, and industry best practices.
- Experience using frame and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders and estimates.
- I-CAR, ASE, OEM certifications, or willingness to obtain certifications is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
