Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce, custom development, integrations, and cloud-based CRM solutions while providing technical leadership to development teams and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for driving solution design, ensuring adherence to best practices, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, deployment, and support activities.
- Lead and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and solution lead to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA teams.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components.
- Implement complex business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Approval Processes.
- Design and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
- Lead data migration, data quality, and master data management initiatives.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, CPQ, and Pipeline Management.
- Implement Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, Service Console, and Field Service capabilities.
- Design and support Marketing Cloud solutions including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Segmentation.
- Establish Salesforce development standards, governance processes, and coding best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps processes using Salesforce deployment tools.
- Participate in lead reviews and recommend platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of IT experience with at least 7 years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model design and optimization.
- Experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
