The CSKT Tribal Credit Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team as the Department Head. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform credit decisions and risk assessment

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to address them

• Maintain accurate records and reports on credit activities, ensuring compliance with tribal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field

• Minimum five years of successful supervisory experience, preferably in an administrative role interpreting regulations and implementing policies and procedures

• Proven knowledge of lending practices, loan-making principles, and procedures

• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
