General Liability Legal Assistant

Position Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to function efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional communication skills for interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Extensive experience with court procedures, scheduling, drafting legal documents, and e-filing pleadings in both state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in case management systems and familiarity with L&A codes and billing software.
• Demonstrated ability to track billable time accurately and in compliance with billing guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong attendance record.
