What to expect in this role on a given day:
Assist with contract preparation, review lien filings, prepare correspondence related to work, and other administrative duties as directed.
You will be a good fit for this position if you have:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Previous paralegal experience in either law firm or corporate environment
- Excellent computer skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask as necessary, meet deadlines, and prioritize
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to use judgement and discretion
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset
