CSI Companies is seeking a TDR Tester to work with one of our top healthcare clients!

Title: TDR Tester

Location: Cleveland, OH

Type: 100% On-Site

Duration: 6 - Month Contract

Pay: $35 - $40/hr W2

Description:

The Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Tester is responsible for validating IT equipment and clinical technology readiness in preparation for facility opening and go-live events. Working onsite under the direction of the project leadership team, TDR Testers will execute testing scripts, verify workstation and peripheral functionality, document results, and escalate issues for resolution.

This is a fully onsite position supporting facilities that are still under construction. Candidates must be comfortable working in an active construction environment while following all required safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute TDR scripts to validate workstation and device readiness.
• Test computers, printers, scanners, badge readers, and other connected peripherals.
• Document testing results and report issues for remediation.
• Retest equipment after issues have been resolved.
• Assist with basic hardware setup and peripheral connections as needed.
• Maintain accurate testing and inventory documentation.
• Follow daily assignments provided by the Site Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Basic desktop support, field services, or IT deployment experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures and accurately document results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand throughout the workday.

Work Environment

• Must be willing to work onsite at a facility that is actively under construction.
• Required to complete site-specific safety and project training before beginning work.
• Steel-toed shoes are required. All other required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• Must follow all construction site safety policies and procedures.
