Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support and optimize patient engagement workflows within the Epic environment. This individual will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance the patient experience through MyChart functionality, scheduling, messaging, and digital patient access tools. Based on enterprise documents related to MyChart analyst roles and digital adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support Epic MyChart build, configuration, and optimization.
- Design and maintain patient-facing workflows including self-scheduling and patient communications.
- Partner with operational and clinical teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support tickets.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects.
- Provide end-user support and workflow guidance.
- Collaborate with Cadence, Ambulatory, and other Epic application teams.
Requirements
- Epic MyChart Certification required.
- 3 years of Epic analyst experience.
- Experience supporting MyChart scheduling, patient messaging, and patient engagement workflows.
- Strong build, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization experience.
- Ability to work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Epic Cadence Certification.
- Experience with Ambulatory workflows.
- Experience with MyChart self-scheduling, telehealth, or digital patient engagement initiatives.
Previous Epic implementation or go-live experience.
