Product Owner / Product Management Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly collaborative Product Owner / Product Management Analyst to join a modern product team focused on delivering measurable business outcomes and customer value. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, user experience, and business stakeholders while owning the product backlog, facilitating Agile ceremonies, leveraging data to drive decisions, and supporting strategic product initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, embraces experimentation, and is passionate about continuous learning and modern product management practices.
Hours/Location/Pay/Position Type
- Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
- Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite Tuesday-Thursday).
- Onsite Locations: Hermitage, TN or Tampa, FL.
- Pay: $65-$70/hr
- Position Type: W2 Contract

What You'll Do
- Own and manage the product backlog from end to end, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Facilitate and lead all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items, create queries, develop dashboards, and monitor team progress and performance.
- Partner with global stakeholders and teams across the United States, India, and Europe to drive alignment and successful product delivery.
- Gather, measure, analyze, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate customer outcomes, business impact, and KPI achievement.
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and insights using data and AI-assisted tools to support decision-making and product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with customers, engineering, UX, delivery, and business partners throughout product discovery and delivery activities.
- Leverage experimentation and iterative learning approaches to identify the simplest solutions that effectively solve customer challenges.
- Engage directly with users before, during, and after product delivery to validate assumptions and improve outcomes.
- Help drive a product mindset focused on outcomes, evidence-based decision making, continuous learning, and customer value.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to team members, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Quickly develop business domain expertise and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across multiple enterprise functions.
What We're Looking For
- 8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related product delivery roles within Agile environments.
- Experience owning a product backlog end to end within an Agile environment.
- Strong experience facilitating all Agile ceremonies.
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including queries, dashboards, reporting, and backlog management.
- Experience utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance reporting, analysis, and product decision-making.
- Experience working with distributed global teams across the United States, India, and Europe.
- Strong analytical skills with experience gathering, measuring, and analyzing data to evaluate customer outcomes, business impact, and KPI achievement.
- Experience analyzing customer feedback, user research, and quantitative data to drive product decisions and communicate results across stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience working as an individual contributor on empowered product teams focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
- Experience partnering with engineering, UX, delivery, business stakeholders, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from team members to executives.
- Ability to learn new business domains quickly and navigate complex organizational environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, customer-focused product development, and challenging the status quo through evidence-based decision making.

- Experience working within a Product Engineering Operating Model.
- Exposure to Lean product development principles and rapid experimentation.
