Onboarding Specialist
We’re looking for a Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position plays a vital role in the coordination and onboarding for CSI’s consultant assignments. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with our sales and recruitment teams to understand the client’s requirements for onboarding CSI Consultants. You will utilize these requirements to ensure that consultants are completing their onboarding in a timely manner prior to beginning an assignment. Providing excellent customer service and prompt communication, both internally and externally, will be critical to ensuring consultants begin assignments on time.
**This position is located onsite at our Jacksonville office with a full time schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm**

What You'll Do:
- Processing new hire paperwork for external employees including running background checks, drug screens, immunization documents, and I-9 forms.
- Sending external employee agreements, offer letters, and contracts.
- Guiding new consultants through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Providing administrative support to external and internal employees within the corresponding division.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Assisting in communication between Sales Managers and Recruiters by sitting on calls or meetings and being able to answer questions as needed.
- Become a subject matter expert on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and background vendors to assist internal and external employees with any issues that may arise.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime when needed.
- Assisting with projects as needed for the Sales and Recruiting Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Your Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 1-2 years of professional experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or ATS system to the new hire onboarding process is preferred.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, and evolving environment.
