Administrative & Research Assistant — Part-Time

CSI is seeking a part-time Administrative & Research Assistant to support our client in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, executive support, sales support, or research experience who is looking for consistent part-time work in a professional office environment.
This role is onsite only and will be approximately 15 hours per week, spread across 3–4 days per week. The schedule is flexible within normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain contact and follow-up information in Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform
- Conduct online business, market, and prospect research
- Summarize research findings clearly and professionally
- Draft, format, and personalize outbound emails using provided templates
- Assist with document organization, CRM follow-up scheduling, and light coordination work
- Provide general administrative support to a busy executive
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, office support, sales support, or related experience
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM platform preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft polished, professional email correspondence
- Comfortable conducting online research and summarizing information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be able to work onsite in the San Marco area of Jacksonville 3–4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting senior-level executives
- Experience with Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, or similar cloud-based business tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools such as Perplexity
- Background in business development, healthcare, consulting, technology, or professional services
Schedule
- Part-time contract opportunity
