Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex healthcare IT initiatives in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of technical project management experience and a strong background managing Epic EMR/EHR implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and optimization projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end healthcare IT and technical projects from planning through go-live.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and project dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, networking, security, interfaces, and operations.
- Lead Epic-related implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, migrations, and go-live activities.
- Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive issue resolution and keep projects aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10 years of Technical Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven experience leading Epic EMR/EHR projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT, workflows, integrations, interoperability, and data migration.
- Experience managing complex technical environments and enterprise-level projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, APIs, and interface engines.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Salary : $70 - $80
