As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and clean environment for guests while providing excellent service in our spa facility. You will assist with various spa operations, ensuring that guests experience a rejuvenating and peaceful visit.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Spa Locker Attendant:Clean all public areas to the standards requiredProvide guests with information about available treatments, packages, and promotions.Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the spa.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounge areas, and restrooms To clean and maintain all equipment dailyTo assist Guests in Public Areas when required Post caution signs when required Responsible for upkeep of all the equipment used Complete deep cleaning projects, as requiredReport and injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area SupervisorKnowledge and Requirements of the Spa Locker Attendant: A commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detailStrong work ethic Use appropriate personal Protective Equipment at all timesKnowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of the cleaning industryIntegrity and capability to work independentlyPhysical Demands/Environmental Factors:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
