CSCI Consulting is looking for a data analyst to support our Federal client. In this role, the consultant will deliver a modern Business Intelligence (BI) capability for our Federal client by assessing existing data sources, establishing a common and sustainable data structure, and leveraging governmentowned platforms to improve enterprise visibility. The effort focuses on integrating currently stovepiped and largely unstructured data into rolebased dashboards that provide realtime insight into the status of personnel, facilities, security, horticulture, and equipment across the client's globally dispersed sites. Through stakeholder engagement, dashboard development, and training, the contractor will enable our client staff to independently maintain and evolve the BI solution to support informed decisionmaking and resource allocation.
Responsibilities- Work with functional stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Translate qualitative assessments into structured data definitions
- Support data validation and quality assurance activities
- Assist with KPI and metric facilitation sessions
- Support UAT and stakeholder reviews
- The Functional Data Analyst acts as a bridge between functional stakeholders and the technical BI team, translating operational concepts into structured data elements.

- Past experience working with a Federal agency
- Federal experience is a plus!
