Introduction:
We are seeking a Product & Implementation Analyst to support the delivery, configuration, and continuous enhancement of our Investor Portal platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth client onboarding, high‑quality releases, and stable day‑to‑day (BAU) operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, QA, and Client Implementation teams across multiple jurisdictions. They will be detail‑oriented, technically comfortable, client‑focused, and proactive in improving processes — including leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in daily work.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Product & Implementation Delivery
- Support end‑to‑end implementation of the Investor Portal for new and existing clients
- Configure portal features including user access, roles, dashboards, and primary contact mappings
- Assist with client migrations, enhancements, and configuration changes
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for configurations, workflows, and client‑specific setups
AI & Continuous Improvement Focus
- Demonstrate strong capability in using AI tools effectively in day‑to‑day work (e.g., analysis, documentation, testing support, communication, and operational efficiency)
- Proactively identify opportunities where AI or automation can improve BAU processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance turnaround times
- Support the team in embedding AI‑assisted ways of working into routine product, implementation, and support activities
- Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, improve quality, and increase team productivity
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key point of coordination between Product, Technology, QA, and Implementation teams
- Participate in client and internal discussions to understand requirements and translate them into clear action items
- Coordinate with regional and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent and timely delivery
- Support client queries and contribute to structured resolution of issues
Testing, Releases & Production Readiness
- Support QA and UAT cycles by validating requirements, test scenarios, and expected outcomes
- Assist with regression testing during CAB and scheduled release cycles
- Track defects, enhancements, and fixes through to resolution
- Support go‑live readiness activities and post‑deployment validation
BAU & Operational Support
- Support stable BAU operations for the Investor Portal platform
- Maintain trackers for implementations, issues, enhancements, and operational tasks
- Follow defined processes for incident management, change control, and production support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and support processes
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
0-3 years of experience in product implementation, business analysis, or client delivery roles
Experience working with web‑based platforms or portals, preferably within financial services
Strong understanding of UAT, QA, and release management processes
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear functional outcomes
Comfortable working with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Portals, Fund Administration systems, or FinTech platforms
- Familiarity with integrations, data feeds, and role‑based access concepts
- Exposure to CAB‑driven release cycles and structured change management
