Position Summary: Full-time 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday

Primary responsibility for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial washers/dryer equipment for assigned accounts.  May be responsible for maintenance of more complex equipment as needed.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical repairs to commercial washers and dryers equipment.
• Repair equipment.
• Clean equipment as needed.
• Maintain stock of parts in assigned Company vehicle and manage inventory.
• Main assigned Company vehicle.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Promote customer satisfaction with property manager/customer.
• Remain current with new equipment and products.
• Other duties assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle daily and weekly service tasks utilizing route/dispatch software tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
• Ability to promptly respond to inquiries or complaints from customers.

Special Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:

• Own and supply basic hand tools.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
