Overview
Manager, Field Services Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm
Looking for a leadership role where you can make an immediate impact? Join CSC as a Manager, Field Services and lead a high-energy team of Field Service Technicians and Collectors, driving the maintenance, repair, and collection of our equipment while building strong client relationships. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people and processes, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will oversee service and collection routes, manage inventory and fleet, leverage technology to track performance, and step into the field when needed, all while motivating your team, meeting financial goals, and ensuring top-tier operational excellence.
Route Management: Monitor weekly and daily collection routes to ensure adequate coverage. Manage weekly and daily service routes to meet case load, SLAs, and retain high-value customers.
Performance Monitoring: Review, analyze, and create reports to track performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure staff completes safety trainings and adheres to safety standards, regulations, and policies.
Field Operations: Perform ad-hoc collections work in the field as needed.
Client Relationships: Strengthen and maintain relationships through multiple channels (in-person, email, phone). Represent the CSC brand by visiting property managers to understand and address their needs.
Service Support: Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests appropriately. Monitor low-net locations to support revenue improvement efforts.
Asset Oversight: Manage and secure company assets, including parts, inventory, vehicles, and machinery. Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure vehicle availability for service.
Performance Improvement: Monitor vandalized or high-volume service locations and work to improve performance.
Billing and Reconciliation: Submit all billable service work and warranty/guarantees for parts timely. Prepare customer billing for parts as applicable. Reconcile invoices for parts.
Systems Management: Utilize and understand systems, tools, and applications to manage work effectively. Adapt to new technologies to drive efficiency and accountability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage team members. Delegate duties and schedule work to meet deadlines. Establish team and individual goals. Support employee development and provide training. Manage employee performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs. Authority to terminate or recommend termination as appropriate.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Achieve annual financial objectives and monitor departmental budgets. Implement, communicate, and maintain company policies, procedures, and practices.
Other Duties: Train associates and onboard new hires. Perform other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for
Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent; or 5–7 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, water heaters, pumps and boilers, building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate issues and provide solutions.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, and governmental regulations.
Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information to management and employee groups.
Strong mathematical skills and ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and technical documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
