Team Opening
We are expanding and looking for a Time and Attendance Implementation Specialist to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working with technology, supporting clients, and solving problems. The ideal candidate is organized and dependable, with a genuine curiosity for learning and growing within a supportive environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead new and existing client implementations of time and attendance platform
- Configure time and attendance platform based on client pay rules, calculations and policies
- Provide training, support and quality client care
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success

Education and Experience

- Prior office and client support experience
- System implementation experience
- Time and attendance, payroll systems and/or UKG Ready preferred

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
