CSC Paymaster, a trusted Rhode Island payroll and HCM provider, is looking for an Implementation Specialist to help bring new clients onboard and set them up for long-term success. In this role, you’ll guide clients from setup through go-live, configuring payroll systems, managing timelines, providing training, and making sure everything runs smoothly along the way.

Someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients. You can juggle multiple projects at once and enjoy solving problems as they come up. You believe in supporting your teammates and clients, and you know how to have fun while doing great work. Experience in implementation or client onboarding is helpful, and familiarity with UKG Ready is a plus.
