Crystal Springs Resort is seeking experienced Restaurant Servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional food & beverage service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner
- Guide guests through menu selections by providing knowledgeable recommendations and performing menu tours
- Maintain a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, including preparation methods and ingredients
- Serve food and beverages while following all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Stock and maintain inventory levels within designated workstations
- Ensure full compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding dining experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
- Previous restaurant service and POS system experience preferred
- Strong teamwork mentality and willingness to support fellow staff members
- Knowledge of basic sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety practices
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Weekend and holiday availability required
