Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- A passion for sales through upselling menu items is highly valued.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
