What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at CS RESORT MANAGER?
Crystal Springs Resort is looking for friendly upbeat individuals who have a love for hospitality and customer service to fill the Front Desk Agent position. The Front Desk Agent will insure a positive first impression for our internal and external guests and assist guests with any requests in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Checking guests into the hotel
- Handling check-out and any billing questions they may have
- Posting charges
- Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns
- Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed
- Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank
- Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area
Qualifications:
- Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Overnight availability is a plus
- Hotel front desk experience is preferred.
