Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Bring in key sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and training to improve results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required (Master’s degree is preferred).
- 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or related industries.
- Experience in Express and eCommerce logistics a strong plus.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
- Knowledge with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
