What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Care Specialist position at CS Properties?
We are looking for an on-site facility specialist to live on-site for FREE in a 3 bedroom apartment. In return, the manager will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of multiple properties as well as performing all necessary painting and other small maintenance needs for these properties. The manager will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings for cleanliness, painting and other light maintenance work at three properties. Candidates must be able to balance workload, including daily grounds clean up, weekly common area cleaning, painting needs at any of the properties and other small maintenance requests in a timely manner based on level of importance. Manager must have professional, efficient and effective communication skills with tenants and building owner.
Duties included but are not limited to:
Daily grounds maintenance
Prep and clean apartments after move out. (painting/wall patch repair/flooring install/ etc.)
Weekly common area cleaning (stairwells, hallways and laundry rooms)
Assist Maintenance Manager with large projects or daily tasks
Uphold Association rules and standards.
Effective and prompt communication with management and Owner.
Meet with potential residents to show vacant apartments (as needed).
Annual maintenance (smoke detectors, hvac filters/cleaning, etc..)
Accepted applicant will be provided with an on site apartment with a month-to-month lease contingent on job performance along with a payment of $2,000/month as an independent contractor (similar compensation equivalent to a $60,000 annual salary).
