Treatment Coordinator/marketing liason

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Treatment & Referral Marketing Coordinator who is polished, proactive, and capable of managing both administrative, marketing duties and treatment presentations with professionalism and confidence. This is not a general dental office, we are looking for someone with experience in dentistry who can represent the face of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
 Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
 Schedule and confirm appointments
 Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
 Present and explain treatment plans to patients
 Confidently close treatment plans with high success rate
 Coordinate patient financing and payment options
 Maintain accurate records using Dentrix software
 Support insurance verification and billing tasks
 Ensure smooth daily front office operations
 Represent the practice with a high level of professionalism and presence

Requirements:
 1–2 years of experience in a dental office-periodontal office is a plus
 Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice software (Eaglesoft, etc.)
 Proven track record in treatment plan presentation and closing
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Professional appearance and demeanour, this is a patient-facing role
 Positive, team-oriented attitude and high level of initiative
- This role also involves in-person outreach, follow-upcommunication, and helping streamline the referral process to and from our practice.
 Visit local dental and specialist offices regularly to establish and maintain referral
relationships
 Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness in the dental
community
 Follow up on existing referrals and ensure a smooth coordination of patient care
 Maintain accurate records of referral sources and interactions
 Organize and attend community or professional networking events as needed
 Report outreach efforts and outcomes to management on a weekly/monthly basis
 Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure high referral satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
