Job Title: National Accounts Specialist

Crystorama is seeking a National Accounts Specialist that is responsible for managing and engaging with a variety of eCommerce trading partners. Responsibilities will specifically be focused on developing and growing new and existing accounts and maintaining and increasing sales levels within existing accounts for long-term profitable growth.
Account Management & Business Development
- Work as key sales contact to multiple e-commerce accounts with the objective of revenue generation and growth within current accounts
- Audit partner websites for accuracy in pricing, images, and data content. Use retailer portals to evaluate, correct and optimize the content on the retailer’s website
- Support National Accounts Manager in coordinating all Datafile projects
- Ensure all accounts are current with pricing, new data loads, and the monthly scraping of inventory for removal of items that are inactive
- Work with buyers and merchandising teams on all promotional efforts, this includes maintaining the promotional calendar, MAP pricing, and discounts. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activity and offer recommendations to improve effectiveness
- Support data maintenance initiatives across all internal and 3P platforms
- Build relationships and work closely with external buyers and planners to offer, set up, and maintain product offerings
- Analyzes active assortments using Excel to identify top-selling trends and implements merchandising strategies
- Negotiate contracts and/or revising customer agreements
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings on sales goals and strategy within accounts and weekly sales/management calls with buyers and planning teams
- Participate with Buyers on a bi-weekly basis to review sales goals and strategy, trends and growth opportunities
- Attendance at trade shows and client meetings
- Interface with Supply Chain to ensure adequate inventory is available for all catalog launches and events
- Work closely with the IT Department to ensure data deliverables
- Responsible for IMAP enforcement using third party proprietary software; Use third party software to identify sales opportunities
- Support leadership driven initiatives across all sales channels
- Launch Sponsored Product Campaigns – manage budget and analyze campaigns on a weekly basis for adjustments needed
- Identifying opportunities for new business developments
- Conduct weekly selling reports to review sales trends
- Create campaigns for eblasts used for promotions
- Conduct regular purchase order pricing audits
- Work closely with key teammates to ensure Crystorama’s trade shows are properly planned, organized, and ready for success
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree, Business or in related field is required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with large online retailer’s marketplace account management
- Advanced MS Excel skills and other MS office applications (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with NetSuite, Klaviyo, Syndigo, Mirakl, MySamm a plus
- Experience working with Wayfair or other national retailers a plus
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and managing multiple accounts at same time
- Strong customer service skills and ability of collecting positive product reviews and manage the negatives
- Have initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownership
- Strong communication skills, motivated, detail oriented, creative, and problem resolving ability
- Ability to travel 15% of the time (attend trade shows and customer visits)
