Pay Range: $22-27/hour depending on experience

Requirements:
- Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
- Maintain commercial applicators license
- Minimum of five (5) years of custom application experience
- Previous management experience desired
- Demonstrated experience as a proven leader with excellent communication, delegation, and time management skills
- Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy.
