We’re not looking for another “social media person.”
We’re looking for the one who can make a side-by-side go viral and give a Takeuchi main-character energy — all while getting paid to play with Kubota, Mahindra, Gravely, SANY, and CFMoto.
What you’ll actually do most days:
- Create short-form bangers (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, IG, YouTube, FB) that stop the scroll and start conversations
- Shoot, edit, and post content that makes our equipment the coolest thing in Florida
- Build Crystal Tractor of Ocala into a brand people actually follow and engage with
- Light sales support so the content you create can turn into real deals
A few adulting tasks (kept minor on purpose):
- Register new equipment with manufacturers
- Stock in incoming inventory
- Keep clean records and filing so nothing disappears into the void
- Stay organized enough that creative chaos doesn’t become actual chaos
You’re the type who:
- Already lives on TikTok/IG and knows what performs
- Can make heavy equipment look cinematic or hilariously relatable
- Hates corporate fluff and prefers real, punchy content
- Wants creative freedom and actual impact instead of recycling the same three stock photos

Must-haves:
