What You’ll Do
- Be the first and last impression—greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone, online, and in-person communication
- Schedule appointments and keep the daily flow running smoothly
- Coordinate communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with outside clinics/labs
- Review invoices, process payments, and support prescription fulfillment
- Keep client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Educate clients on services, products, and pharmacy options
