- Meet with business owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers
- Evaluate customer needs and existing HVAC equipment
- Recommend appropriate equipment replacement and upgrade solutions
- Develop pricing and professional customer proposals
- Present options and explain recommendations clearly
- Follow up on proposals and close sales opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Coordinate sold projects with internal operations and installation teams
- Maintain accurate sales and pipeline information
- Commercial HVAC sales, service, replacement, or related industry experience
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and applications
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Confidence presenting proposals and asking for the sale
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to work in-office and travel locally to customer locations
