Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission based on sales performance

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexibility based on customer appointments

Work Location: In-office daily with regular local customer and job site visits

When a commercial HVAC system is aging, unreliable, or no longer meeting the needs of a facility, customers need someone who can help them determine what comes next.

Crystal Heating and Cooling is hiring a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Specialist to develop and close equipment replacement and upgrade opportunities throughout our commercial market.

You'll work directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers to understand their HVAC needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide projects from the initial conversation through the sale.

Your Role

• Identify opportunities for commercial HVAC equipment replacements and upgrades
• Develop business with new and existing commercial customers
• Meet with customers at their facilities to understand equipment needs
• Evaluate existing systems and discuss available options
• Recommend solutions based on the customer's facility, priorities, and budget
• Prepare pricing and professional proposals
• Present recommendations and answer customer questions
• Follow up consistently on open proposals
• Negotiate and close commercial HVAC sales
• Coordinate sold work with installation and operations teams
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer records
  
  

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings commercial HVAC knowledge and the confidence to work directly with customers.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Commercial HVAC sales, service, equipment, or related industry experience
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and applications
• Consultative sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical recommendations in customer-friendly terms
• Strong proposal presentation and closing skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work from the office and travel throughout the local service area
  
  

Relevant commercial HVAC experience is valued more heavily than specific industry certifications.
