General Summary:
This position supervises the Customer Relations Team, handling questions relating to processes, customers, and orders. The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for training new team members, as well as maintaining on-going training with current team members. This position will be a key resource for the company’s ERP system and will represent the Customer Relations team for future ERP upgrades or improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily team performance, service levels, and adherence to company standards, providing coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed.

Conduct regular check-ins and formal performance reviews while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Manage scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, PTO, overtime approvals, and coverage planning to ensure uninterrupted customer service.

Maintain and support standard operating procedures to promote accuracy, consistency, and quality across the team.

Communicate with assigned customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensure customer requirements are met, and support overall satisfaction.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of customer service normally acquired though an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related manufacturing field, or through equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing setting is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel at a minimum).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent listening and customer relations skills, including emotional intelligence and critical thinking.

Outgoing, positive and pleasant personality.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required to work within a team environment and independently as needed.

Accurate and efficient data entry experience is required.
