In addition, this position supports customer pricing and cost center expense reporting. This is a hybrid role with in-office days of Tuesday - Thursday.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Crystal Farms is looking for a Staff Accountant who will be responsible for independently preparing routine journal entries and account reconciliations. In addition, this position supports customer pricing and cost center expense reporting. This is a hybrid role with in-office days of Tuesday - Thursday.
What The Role Involves
- Prepare and upload journal entries as a part of month-end close procedures.
- Perform GL account reconciliations to ensure all transactions have support and are in accordance with internal policy and GAAP.
- Monitor and update customer invoices for pricing exceptions.
- Calculate monthly and weekly commodity pricing for specific customers.
- Review month end cost center spend, update schedules and assist in variance analysis.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure internal control compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of accounting-related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP Systems, preferably SAP.
- Organization, strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- The Pay Range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000** The pay range for this position is $61,205 - $85,688 per year.
