All Levels are responsible for the following:
· Placement Goals: Strive to meet or exceed placement targets by effectively managing the recruitment process and ensuring timely and successful candidate placements.
· Submittal Goals: Strive to meet or exceed submittal targets by submitting qualified candidates to open positions and maintaining a steady pipeline of potential hires.
· Sourcing: Source potential candidates through various channels such as job postings, LinkedIn Recruiter, Contact Out, and Bullhorn.
· Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.
· Conducting Initial Interviews: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for the position and gather basic information.
· Assisting with Job Postings: Help create job postings; post them on relevant platforms, and ensure they are accurate and engaging to attract candidates.
· Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
· Maintaining Candidate Records: Update candidate information in Bullhorn and track their progress in the recruitment process.
· Learning and Development: Learn about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and organizational policies related to hiring and talent acquisition.
· Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with senior recruiters, managers, and other team members to support overall recruitment goals and processes.
· Keep in Touch with Assigned Contractors: Regularly communicate with assigned contractors to address potential concerns, provide support, and ensure their overall satisfaction in the job.
Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree is required
· Implement prior sales experience into a rewarding and constantly moving environment
· Ability to thrive in a small team with a common goal
· Desire to listen and implement training/ideas from team leaders.
· Must have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
· Must possess great attention to detail and willingness to document within our Applicant Tracking System/CRM – you will be responsible for maintaining thorough notes in our database.
· Must have the ability to work independently and self-driven
· Nice to have: someone that has worked at a recruiting agency and supported Big Tech
